Every order passes through the expert (and gentle) hands of Patrick, Patrice and Simon, our cardboard masters, Monday to Friday, 8am to 1pm (excluding public holidays, don't push it). They do their utmost to ensure that your parcel arrives in less than 48 hours. If sometimes it takes a little longer, don't panic: your plaid is in very good hands. Our preparers are human (yes, really), so a little error can slip through. If this is the case, contact us: we'll always find a solution. And if the carrier decides that your neighbor - the one you don't like - deserves your plaid before you do... you should know that, unfortunately, we can't control the whole neighborhood. What we can promise you, however, is that we'll do everything in our power to ensure that your orders arrive quickly, smoothly and with the same softness as our plaids.
At Waro, we invite you to consume with heart and reason: we promise that neither the size nor the color of your plaid will change during the journey. In doubt about the ideal shade for your living room? Write to Emma (emma@waro.com), she loves being a decorating consultant. But if you're still not happy with your throw, you can return it within 14 days. Conditions: original packaging, plaid unfolded and never used (we'll leave the "sofa party" test for later). A €9.99 fee will be deducted from the refund. But if you choose to exchange it...no charge. Softness, at no extra charge.

Faux fur throw or fleece throw: what's the difference?

Faux fur has a longer, denser pile than fleece: it feels softer, looks more luxurious and gives more enveloping warmth. Our faux fur throws are all double-layer and weigh between 950 and 1,250 g/m² depending on the model, compared with 670 to 800 g/m² for our fleece throws.

How do I wash a faux fur throw?

Your faux fur throw is machine washable without any difficulty:

Wash at 30 °C maximum, delicate cycle, no fabric softener (it weighs down the pile).
Dry flat in the open air. Avoid tumble drying and ironing directly on the fibres.
Once dry, shake it or run a soft brush in the direction of the pile to restore all its fluffiness.

Given its weight (about 3.5 kg), use a large-capacity washing machine.

Do your faux fur throws contain animal fur?

No. Our faux fur throws are 100% polyester, with no material of animal origin. You enjoy the feel and warmth of fur, with no ethical compromise and easy machine washing.

What size faux fur throw should I choose for a sofa or a bed?

Our faux fur throws measure 150 × 200 cm, a versatile large size:

On a sofa: it covers a seat of up to 4 places, or wraps two people.
On a bed: laid at the foot of a double bed, it dresses the bedroom and warms your feet.
