Our preparers are human (yes, really), so a little error can slip through. If this is the case, contact us: we'll always find a solution. And if the carrier decides that your neighbor - the one you don't like - deserves your plaid before you do... you should know that, unfortunately, we can't control the whole neighborhood. What we can promise you, however, is that we'll do everything in our power to ensure that your orders arrive quickly, smoothly and with the same softness as our plaids.
At Waro, we invite you to consume with heart and reason: we promise that neither the size nor the color of your plaid will change during the journey. In doubt about the ideal shade for your living room? Write to Emma (emma@waro.com), she loves being a decorating consultant. But if you're still not happy with your throw, you can return it within 14 days. Conditions: original packaging, plaid unfolded and never used (we'll leave the "sofa party" test for later). A €9.99 fee will be deducted from the refund. But if you choose to exchange it...no charge. Softness, at no extra charge.
