Can I use my voucher in store?

Club Waro does not yet allow you to redeem your loyalty points in-store. We offer a 100% digital experience, but we're working on it!

Are gifts cumulative?

The gifts offered by Club Waro, depending on your tier, cannot be accumulated on the same order. Each coupon must be used separately. Likewise, if you have received a promotional code independent of Club Waro, this code cannot be used at the same time as Club Waro rewards. 

How do I know if my points balance has been updated after placing my order?

Once your order has been validated, you will receive an initial e-mail confirming that your points are awaiting validation. In fact, we allow a period of 30 days after each order, which allows you to modify or cancel your order, return your order, and which also allows us to cover any delays in carrier delivery. Your points will be added to your Club Waro balance 30 days after the date of purchase. If you don't see your balance change during this period, don't panic, it's perfectly normal. 

How do I redeem my points?

Log in to your customer account and click on "My Club Waro". From this interface, you'll find your points balance, your status, and the gifts available according to your status and the number of gifts you have left to use. You have the choice of redeeming your points for coupons or vouchers. Or claim your free gift (Bronze status: a pouch, Silver status: a cosy plaid, Gold status: a cocooning plaid, Platinum status: a faux fur plaid) without exchanging points. Each gift can only be used once per tier. Once the gift has been claimed, it will be deleted from your Club Waro. You can check your points balance at any time from your customer account. How is my Club Waro status defined?

Your status in Club Waro is determined by your accumulated spending, with each level giving access to specific benefits.

The bearing Bronze is reached after spending 200€ (200 pts) and entitles you to a 14€ voucher, -10% on your orders, -10% + free delivery for your birthday, as well as a free pouch (valid only once).

The bearing Silver is available from 500€ spent (500 pts) and includes a 35€ voucher, access to private sales J-1A special birthday offer with -10% off orders and free delivery, as well as a free cosy throw (valid only once).

The bearing Gold is reached after spending €750 (750 pts) and offers a €49 voucher, access to private sales J-1A special birthday offer with a 10% discount and free delivery, as well as a free cocooning plaid (valid only once).

Finally, the Turntable is reached after spending €1,000 (1,000 pts) and gives access to an €80 voucher, private sales J-2You'll receive a 10% discount on each order, a 15% discount and free delivery on your birthday, plus a free faux fur throw (valid only once). If you reach this milestone, you're one of Waro's best customers - congratulations! 

How long are my points and status valid?

Your loyalty points are valid for 18 months from the date they are earned. After this period, unused points expire automatically. When you use your vouchers or gifts, or when you redeem more points than there is a gap between two levels, your status may change. When you change status, the gifts linked to that status are lost. But don't panic, they'll be available again when you accumulate points and join that status again.

Do I earn points on discounted or sale items?

You earn loyalty points even on discounted and sale items. Each amount spent corresponds to a number of points acquired (rounded up to the nearest ten), even on promotional products. With each order, you can continue to increase your points balance and your status in Club Waro. 

What happens if I return an item - do I lose points?

You may request the return of your order within 14 days of receipt. Once the return has been accepted, received and the refund validated, the refund amount corresponding to the number of downgraded points will be deducted from your balance. You will receive a new email containing your updated points balance.

Can I go down a level?

Yes, your status can be downgraded in several cases: if you redeem more points than there is a gap between two tiers, or if the validity date of your points (18 months) has passed. Keep an eye on this expiration date, so you can take full advantage of the points you've earned, and the associated rewards.

What happens if I change my e-mail address?

If you change your e-mail address, simply contact us via the CONTACT page or Whatsapp. +33 6 26 71 21 67 so that we can update your account. Once the modification has been made, your customer account, status and loyalty points remain unchanged.
